Chapel Signs Customer Care Solution Contract for Telecommunication Services; Contract Enables Accelerated Market Penetration With Lower Start-Up Costs RICHMOND, KY, Sep 16, 1999 -- Chapel Services Inc. a provider of high-speed Internet service and voice technology in the Southeastern U.S., today announced it has executed an agreement with Cincom Systems of Cincinnati to deploy Cincom’s Manage:TMS billing and customer care system for telecommunication services. Chapel has recently received approval to operate as a CLEC (Competitive Local Exchange Carrier) in the states of Kentucky, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, and is awaiting approval for North Carolina. Cincom will provide Chapel with a total source for customer care, billing and circuit management. The Cincom TMS package has been developed to interface with existing incumbent providers to handle Chapel’s requests and manage customer care issues on Chapel’s data and voice circuits. Cincom will work with various vendors such as Bellsouth, GTE, Sprint, etc, to afford Chapel a carrier-class customer service solution, satisfying its operational requirements, as well as providing an industry proven customer care tool to ensure client satisfaction.
