Chapel Services Internet's Tremendous Growth Prompts Move to
New Headquarters
Richmond -Jun. 12, 1999-- New Headquarters Means More Real Estate for Staff and
Equipment, as Well as Significant Equipment Upgrades. 

Chapel Services Inc. (Chapel), a national e-business and convergent communications company, Friday announced its relocation to new Richmond corporate headquarters as a result of the company's tremendous growth.

In the past 12 months, Chapel has acquired two  Internet related companies, RLINK Internet of Cincinnati, a consumer focused dial access company, and KCB Media Partners, a Kentucky e-commerce hosting and design firm. "Chapel's aggressive growth last year made this expansion the right move," said J. Lee Murphy, chairman and CEO of Chapel Services Inc. "Our new home not only is a testament to our success but also heralds exciting things to come for our customers, investors and employees due to our dramatically improved and expanded service capabilities."

In addition to space for Chapel's growing staff, the new facility houses a 1,440-square-foot data center that is being equipped with many state-of-the-art network and system enhancements. Enhancements consist of additional network routers, more advanced mail and Web servers, more dial-up access lines a DTICorp DXC Telco Switch and a future dedicated power source.

"Chapel is greatly increasing its network speed, security and reliability," said Kevin Boneta, vice president Chapel. "The data center will also contain an advanced systems and network monitoring center capable of monitoring Chapel's nationwide network, as well as Chapel's dedicated connectivity clients."
